I am using this tabs from long time and it gave me much better results and this time i ordered two bottles BUT when i start it's caus constipation and bloating so stoped taking and restart after some days but same happened so i stop to taking this iron supplement
Also i noticed that the shape of tablet has been changed, before it was in a long shaped and darker color but now it is ovel shaped and lighter color as i rember. So i think may formula changed
