Best Creatine in Pakistan 2026: 6 Brands Compared by Price per Serving
Searching for the best creatine in Pakistan turns up a lot of lists that rank brands by how much the seller earns. This one ranks them by what you can check yourself: price per full 5g serving, how much creatine is actually in a scoop, and whether the label tells you who made the tub. Disclosure: we make Biolife Creatine, so treat our own entry with the same scepticism you would apply to any seller, and check the numbers against the brand pages yourself.
🏆 Quick Picks
- Lowest price per serving: Pure Health Nutrition and The Protein Factory list 300g tubs at roughly Rs 3,000–4,000, working out to about Rs 50–67 per 5g serving.
- Most customer reviews: Jacked Nutrition, with several thousand reviews on its own site, at about Rs 83 per serving.
- Locally made with batch traceability and Halal certification: Biolife Creatine, Rs 3,850 for 60 full 5g servings (about Rs 64 each).
- Check the scoop before buying: some tubs list a 4g scoop that holds only about 3.4g of creatine, which raises the real cost per 5g.

Prices are listed prices and retailer prices seen between 2 and 4 October 2026. They change often and differ between a brand's own site, Daraz and shops, so confirm the current price and the label before you buy. Per-serving figures are our own arithmetic: price divided by the number of full 5g servings of creatine in the tub.
🔍 How We Compared Them
- Form. Creatine monohydrate only. It is the best-studied form, and no other form has been shown to work better (Antonio et al., 2021).
- Creatine per scoop. The commonly researched dose is 3–5g a day, so we compare on a 5g serving of actual creatine, not on "scoops".
- Price per 5g serving. Tub price divided by the number of full 5g servings.
- Label transparency. Named manufacturer, batch number and expiry date on the tub.
We did not run lab tests on any brand, and a lower price does not by itself mean lower quality. If purity matters to you, look for a brand that will show a certificate of analysis on request.
📝 Brand-by-Brand Notes
Pure Health Nutrition: lowest price per serving
Listed at roughly Rs 2,999–3,499 for 300g depending on the seller, this is the cheapest of the six per serving. The wide spread between sellers is itself a reason to compare current prices and make sure you are buying from an authorised seller.
The Protein Factory: a close second on price
A 300g tub of 60 full 5g servings at about Rs 3,499–3,999. Sits in the same value band as Biolife, so the choice comes down to price on the day, delivery and how much you trust the seller.
Biolife Creatine Monohydrate: local, traceable, Halal certified
Biolife Creatine Monohydrate is a single-ingredient, unflavoured powder with a full 5g per scoop and 60 servings per 300g tub, at Rs 3,850 (about Rs 64 per serving; the 2-tub and 3-tub packs bring it to about Rs 58 and Rs 55). It is made in Islamabad by an ISO and GMP certified company in a DRAP registered facility, it is Halal certified, and each tub carries a batch number plus manufacturing and expiry dates. It is not the cheapest option in this list, and it is unflavoured only. See also: Is Creatine Halal in Pakistan?
Jacked Nutrition: the most reviewed
A 300g tub with 60 full 5g servings at about Rs 4,995 unflavoured, with flavoured options at about Rs 5,450. It has by far the largest review count of the brands here on its own site, which is useful social proof, though reviews on a brand's own store are not independent testing. You pay roughly Rs 19 more per serving than Biolife for unflavoured.
Herbiotics: unflavoured at a higher price
A 300g tub of 60 servings at about Rs 5,950, unflavoured only, and with a much smaller review count on its listing at the time we checked. The creatine content per scoop matches the standard 5g, so the premium is a price difference rather than a dose difference.
Nutrifactor: check the scoop
Nutrifactor's Creatine Powder is listed as a 200g tub at Rs 3,990 with 3.4g of creatine in each 4g scoop. That is a lower dose per scoop than the 5g standard, so on a 5g-serving basis it works out to roughly Rs 117. The brand's separate Nu Creatine product lists 5g of creatine in an 8g scoop at 25 servings for the same Rs 3,990, which is about Rs 160 per 5g. Neither is a bad product, but the tub price hides the real cost.
What about premium imports?
Imported brands such as Optimum Nutrition list at Rs 11,000 and above. Since the ISSN position stand found no creatine form shown to outperform monohydrate (Antonio et al., 2021), the extra cost mostly reflects import duty, freight and distributor margin. ✅ How to Choose
- On the tightest budget: compare Pure Health Nutrition and The Protein Factory, and buy from an authorised seller.
- Want social proof: Jacked Nutrition has the deepest review history.
- Want local manufacturing, Halal certification and batch traceability at a mid-value price: Biolife.
- Whatever you buy: check that the label says creatine monohydrate, that a serving gives 5g of creatine, and that a batch number and expiry date are printed on the tub. Our guide to spotting under-dosed creatine has the full checklist.
❓ Frequently Asked Questions
What is the best creatine in Pakistan?
There is no single best brand, because the active ingredient is the same. The best choice for you is a creatine monohydrate with a full 5g per serving, a clean single-ingredient label, a traceable maker, and a price per serving you are comfortable with.
Which creatine is cheapest in Pakistan?
Among the brands compared here, Pure Health Nutrition and The Protein Factory list the lowest price per 5g serving at the time of writing. Prices move, so check the current listing.
Is expensive creatine better?
No. Research does not show that any form or brand of creatine outperforms standard monohydrate (Antonio et al., 2021). Higher prices on imported tubs mostly reflect duty, freight and margins.
Is flavoured or unflavoured creatine better?
Unflavoured is a single ingredient and easy to mix into any shake. Flavoured versions add flavourings and sweeteners, which matters if you want a clean label or need to check Halal status.
How much creatine should I take?
The research-backed dose is 3–5g a day, taken consistently, with no loading phase needed. See the best time to take creatine.
Can women take creatine?
Yes. Research reviews support creatine for women at the same 3–5g dose, with little to no side effects. See creatine for women, and ask your doctor first if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or on medication.
